Iris Rose and Chelsey L. Simms, Jr. honoring Mrs. Bettye C. Gathings and
Mr. Bobby Plair, Sr. and Mr. Bobby Plair, Jr. It was performed on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the Kenneth Monroe Transformation Center in Rock Hill, SC.
